Home: Welcome to the Birmingham Jewish Housing Association. 

We provide a 24-hour emergency support facility so that our tenants can enjoy independent living safe in the knowledge that they will get help whenever they need it.

Our flats at Park Road Apartments are also self-contained but let on a "general needs" basis. Anybody who is 18 years and over can apply for a rental property at this location.

​

Park Road Apartments is situated withing five minute's walk to major centres - Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Cannon Hill Park, Moseley Village Shopping Centre, GP Surgeries, Demists among others. The area is well served by public transport network.  

​

All our schemes are monitored by use of CCTV cameras, providing robust security for residents, visitors, contractors and staff. Also, access to all our schemes is controlled by door security key/fobs.

​

Our main site has 34 self-contained flats, housed within the historic village of Stirchley surrounded by the River Rea, shopping centres, Cadburys, train station, bus routes, GP surgery, Synagogues, Delicatessen and other amenities.

Birmingham Jewish Housing Association (BJHA) is able to provide accommodation for anyone over the age of 60 or over the age of 55 living with a disability or specific protected characteristics.

 

Alternatively, we also have other properties for anybody aged 18 years and above. If you would like to apply for a property with BJHA, please send us a message via "Tell  Us" at the bottom of this page and we will send you application form. Please ensure that you include your postal address if you prefer hard copy of the application form. Otherwise, we will email you an electronic copy.

All our properties offer a safe environment for our residents and there are a variety of social activities and supplementary services to suit every resident.

​

BJHA has a small and friendly team who are committed to supporting our residents, enabling them to live independent and fulfilled lives whilst meeting their housing, social and cultural needs within the local community.

​

Every flat at Silverstone Court is self-contained and residents have access to a variety of communal facilities such as laundry, lift & stairlifts, garden, lounge and minibus for group outings and shopping trips.
